Our “Trio Courts” resurfacing system consists of flexible, acrylic multi-layer coating systems, designed to resist cracking and expand and contract with the asphalt base.
The surface on which you play is just as important as the equipment you use. Consider the following important points:
Vibrant colours that’s clear, sharp and deep, may fade much quicker and also a glare, which may influence your vision.
Non-fade colours in dark green, light green, tan and red.
Resurfacing of courts may typically entail the following:
- Opening cracks
- High pressure washing court, to clean cracks and surface (especially from black algae)
- Repair cracks with our own “Trio” crack-filler
- Raise visible bird baths (low spots) to level the surface with our “Trio” level-binder
- (Apply asphalt/concrete acrylic base layer if required)
- Apply our Continental “Trio” latex-rubber basecoat with shock- absorbing properties.
- Apply our Continental “Trio” colour surface system
- Mark and paint tennis court lines to international regulations.
